Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Cells in molecular layer of cerebellum displayed strong positivity. Purkinje cells and neuronal cells of cerebral cortex showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. The neuropil, respiratory epithelium of bronchus and pneumocytes displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Pancreas and liver were negative.
