The majority of normal tissues showed moderate to strong dot-like or granular cytoplasmic staining. Additional nuclear staining was observed in neuronal cells, thyroid and pancreatic islets. Squamous epithelia, liver, parathyroid, renal glomeruli, trophoblastic cells, lymphoid tissues, skeletal and smooth muscle were weakly stained or negative.
