Staining summary
Normal tissues generally displayed cytoplasmic staining, in few cases accompanied with faint nuclear positivity in a fraction of the cells. Strongest staining was observed in neuronal cells, follicular lymphoid cells and most glandular epithelia. In testis, all cells in ductuli seminiferus except sertoli cells showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. The positivity in salivary ducts was concentrated to large dots.
