Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. A few papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid and gliomas along with a single case of Hodgkin's lymphoma were strongly stained.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most cancers. A majority of prostate cancer were strongly stained while testicular cancers were negative.
Among tumors, prostate cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Breast cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Gliomas showed weak nuclear staining. Melanomas and lung cancers displayed weak cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity.
