Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in the crypts of the intestinal tract and in a subset of cells in prostate gland. The striated muscle cells, thyroid, breast and Leydig cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Neuronal cells showed moderate nucleolar positivity. The remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
