Staining summary
HPA042223 Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous and/or nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in prostate and skeletal myocytes while hematopoietic cells showed strong nuclear staining. Liver, spleen, renal tubules, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA042772 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. The majority of squamous epithelia, renal tubules, gall bladder, urothelia, breast and placental trophoblasts were strongly stained. Hematopoietic cells, cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were mainly negative.
