Staining summary
Strong and granular cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern was observed in several tissues e.g. gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas and thyroid gland. Skeletal muscle was moderately positive where as the heart muscle displayed distinct staining in intercalated discs. Cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were negative.
