Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Purkinje cells, neuronal cells, renal tubules and subset of gastric glands were strongly stained. Squamous epithelium, muscle tissues, lymphoid tissues, liver, pneumocytes, trophoblastic cells, uterus and cervix were negative.

Most of the normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in thyroid, endometrial glands, trophoblastic cells and epididymis. The lung, bile ducts, urothelium, prostate, cerebellum and myocytes were generally negative.
