Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in a few cases. Strong staining was seen in exocrine pancreas, placental trophoblasts, red pulp of spleen and lymphoid cells outside reaction centra. Squamous epithelial, endometrial glands, glial cells of CNS, reaction center cells of lymphoid tissues and bile duct cells were weakly stained or negative.
