Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in renal tubules and stomach. Adrenal gland, cardiac myocytes, hepatocytes and thyroid gland showed moderate staining. Intestinal tract, gallbladder, salivary gland and endometrial glands showed additional membranous staining. Subset of cells in seminiferous ducts, fraction of cells in squamous epithelia and lymphoid germinal center cells displayed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
