Staining summary
HPA030866 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in trophoblastic cells, spermatozoa and subsets of hematopoietic cells. Most other tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA030867 Strong membranous positivity was observed in trophoblasts, cells in gastrointestinal tract and renal glomeruli. Axons in CNS showed distinct cytoplasmic staining. Skeletal muscle cells and hepatocytes displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Essentially all other cells were negative.
HPA030868 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in spermatozoa and chondrocytes. Trophoblastic cells showed moderately staining whereas adrenal gland displayed cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Most other normal tissues were negative.
