Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in a few tissues. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in smooth muscle cells, luminal membranes of small intestine, microvilli in epididymis, non germinal center cells of lymph node and tonsil. CNS, pancreas, liver, parathyroid and trophoblastic cells were negative.
