Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in small intestine, Purkinje cells, squamous epithelia and testis. Membranous staining was observed in stomach, bronchus and glandular cells of uterus. Small intestine and cells in granular layer of cerebellum exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Adrenocortical cells, hematopoietic tissue, breast, glial cells, liver, prostate and most of the lymphoid tissue were negative.
