Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in myoepithelial cells. The liver, thyroid, glandular cells in male genital tract, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were negative.

Normal tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Parathyroid, respiratory epithelia and prostate displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Neuronal cells showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Urothelial cells showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Lung, liver, heart and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
