Cells in granular layer of cerebellum and neuropil were distinctly stained. Small intestine and hepatocytes displayed moderate nuclear positivity while membranous positivity was observed in myoepithelial cells of breast and post-menopausal uterine glands. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong membranous positivity often with additional cytoplasmic staining. Liver, glandular cells in male reproductive organs and most cells in lymphoid tissues were negative.
