Staining summary
HPA016818 Many normal tissues displayed nucleolar positivity with varying intensities. Strong nucleolar staining was observed in neuronal cells of CNS. Weak cytoplasmic staining was for example observed in parts of the intestine and decidual cells in placenta.
HPA018166 Thyroid gland and neuronal cells displayed moderate nuclear/nucleolar positivity while strong cytoplasmic staining was seen in islet cells. The rest of the normal tissues showed weak nucleolar staining or were negative.
