Strong luminal membranous positivity was observed in intestinal tract, bile ducts, gall bladder, renal tubules, exocrine pancreas and breast. Prostate and hepatocytes showed moderate membranous staining whereas bronchus, lung macrophages and neuronal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity and additional membranous staining in a few cases. Hematopoietic cells, hepatocytes, cells in red pulp of spleen and uterine glands displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Gall bladder, exocrine pancreas and urinary bladder showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Pneumocytes, islets of Langerhans, skin, placenta, cells in seminiferous ducts, tonsils along with the neuronal and glial cells were negative.
