Glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract, gallbladder and seminal vesicle, hepatocytes, exocrine pancreas, urothelium and trophoblastic cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Stromal cells and glial cells were negative. Remaining normal tissues were moderately or weakly stained.

Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Strong staining was seen in the gastrointestinal tract, cardiac myocytes and neuronal cells. The bile ducts, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
