Normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Endometrial glands, epididymis, fallopian tube, gastrointestinal tract and squamous epithelial also showed membranous positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in neuronal cells, cardiomyocytes, Leydig cells and salivary gland. Lymphoid tissues and islets of Langerhans were negative.
