Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Germinal center cells in tonsil were strongly stained. The liver, islets of Langerhans, pneumocytes and cells in CNS were mainly negative.
HPA045034
Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong positivity was observed in respiratory epithelia, stomach, esophagus, neuronal cells of hippocampus, exocrine pancreas and a subset of cells in seminiferus ducts.
CAB008373
Strong nuclear staining was observed in proliferative cells, e.g. basal crypt cells of the gastrointestinal tract, in cells of the seminiferous ducts and in germinal centers of lymph nodes and tonsils. Cells of the CNS and soft tissues were often negative.
