Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Thyroid, subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis and adrenal cortex were strongly stained. Pneumocytes, bile ducts and heart muscle cells were negative.
