Staining summary
HPA035117 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in adrenal glands and seminiferus duct cells. Salivary glands and hepatocytes showed distinct nuclear positivity. Heart mmuscle, spleen and islets of Langerhans were negative.
HPA035118 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Seminiferus duct cells, Purkinje cells, adrenal cortex and subsets of renal tubules were strongly stained. Squamous epithelia, urothelium, spleen and muscle were weakly stained or negative.
