Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Additional nuclear positivity was seen in fallopian tube, stomach and adrenal. Subset cells of gastrointestinal tract, prostate, cells in seminiferous ducts, exocrine glandular cells and gallbladder showed strong positivity. Liver, glial cells and hematopoietic cells were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Respiratory epithelia, lung, large intestine, renal tubules, melanocytes, follicle cells and myocytes were strongly stained.
