Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Placental trophoblasts along with subset of lymphoid cells and hematopoietic cells were strongly stained. Squamous epithelial cells, bile ducts, red pulp of spleen, adipocytes, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were negative.

The neuronal cells of cerebral cortex and a subset of cells in cardiac myocytes showed strong nuclear staining while skeletal myocytes displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
