Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was seen in testicular and urothelial. Few cases of pancreas, head & neck and cervix cancer also showed distinct nuclear positivity. Weak to moderate staining in other cancer tissues.
The majority of malignant cells displayed moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Several cases of stomach and liver cancers were negative or weakly stained.
