Staining summary
HPA011115 Most normal glandular epithelia and neuronal cells showed cytoplasmic positivity. Trophoblasts, respiratory epithelia, gastrointestinal tract, renal tubules, urinary bladder, megakaryocytes and cells in seminiferus ducts showed strong staining. Most lymphoid cells were negative.
HPA017291 Islet cells of pancreas showed strong cytoplasmic positivity while trophoblasts in placenta displayed strong membranous immunoreactivity. Distinct dot-like staining pattern was observed in the ductal cells of the salivary gland. The remaining normal tissues showed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative.
