Staining summary
HPA030298 Purkinje cells showed strong nuclear positivity. Cells in seminiferus ducts, adrenal glands, squamous epithelia and smooth muscle cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Other normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
HPA030299 Gastric parietal cells displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity while endothelium and smooth muscle showed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative or showed weak nuclear staining.
