Normal tissues generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with nuclear positivity. Exocrine pancreas, salivary gland, thyroid gland and most cells of male genitalia exhibited strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Nuclear membranous positivity was observed in neuronal cells and cells of the ductus seminiferus.
