Most of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Salivary gland, testis, placental decidual cells and fraction of neuronal cells were strongly stained. Spleen and smooth muscle were negative.

Gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, exocrine glandular cells, follicles in ovary, fallopian tubes, prostate, testis, seminal vesicles, placenta, myocardium and skeletal muscles showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
