Staining summary
HPA056141 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Duodenum, ovarian follicle cells, exocrine pancreas, decidual cells and salivary gland displayed strong positivity. Epididymis and fallopian tube showed additional distinct membranous positivity. Hepatocytes, parathyroid, hematopoietic cells, cells in glomeruli, germinal center cells, smooth muscle and skeletal myocytes were negative.
CAB010225 Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Trophoblasts, heart and skeletal muscle as well as cells in the spleenic red pulp, bone marrow and subsets of cells in lymph node showed strong cytoplasmic staining.
