Moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was seen in several normal tissues with a granular pattern. Alveolar macrophages, cells in ductus seminiferous and neuronal and non-neuronal cells of cerebral cortex were strongly stained. Female reproductive system, squamous epithelia and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Hepatocytes and duodenum showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining parts of the gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas, parathyroid, Leydig cells, renal tubules and cardiac myocytes showed moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
