Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membrane or nuclear staining in some cases. Renal tubules and glomeruli, hepatocytes, glandular cells in colon, appendix and seminiferus ducts showed strong immunoreactivity. Lymphoid tissues and most cells in cns were negative.
