Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Large intestine, gallbladder and epididymis showed strong positivity. Langerhans cells and macrophage of lung showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Hepatocytes of liver, neuronal cells and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.

Gastrointestinal tract, cells, fallopian tube and respiratory epithelium showed moderate luminal or membranous positivity with occasional cytoplasmic staining. Endothelial cells were strongly stained. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
