A majority of normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity and few with additional nuclear and membranous staining. Bronchus, intestinal glands, gall bladder, adrenal cortex and heart muscle cells displayed strong stained. Bile ducts, alveolar cells, breast and lymphoid tissues were generally negative.
