Cancer tissues generally showed moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining. A majority of renal cancers, gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas were weakly stained or negative.
A single case of papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining. Several cases of melanoma, colorectal, breast, ovarian and pancreatic cancer displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
