Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Gastric parietal cells, gallbladder, respiratory epithelium and placenta showed strong positivity. Subsets of hematopoietic cells displayed strong nuclear staining. Cells in the CNS, lymph node and smooth muscle were negative.
