Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most colorectal, breast, ovarian, liver and thyroid cancers. Most other cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Most cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Few cases of breast cancers expressed strong staining while several cases of cervical, testicular and urothelial cancers were negative.
