Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additinal membranous staining in few cases. Follicles in ovary, placenta, urothelium and intestinal tract displayed strong immunoreactivity. Cells in CNS, lymphoid tissue and bile ducts were in most cases weakly stained or negative.

Lung macrophages, hepatocytes, exocrine pancreas, kidney, glandular cells of premenopausal uterus, decidual cells, testis, prostate, myocytes, mesenchymal cells, endothelial cells, thyroid and adrenal glands exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
