Staining summary
HPA046100 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous or nuclear staining in several cases. Intestinal tract, myoepithelial cells of breast and superficial layer in squamous epithelium displayed strong immunoreactivity. Cells in CNS, bile ducts, decidual cells and adipocytes were generally negative.
HPA049212 Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in glandular cells. Cells in renal glomeruli, bile ducts, placenta, hematopoietic cells, skeletal muscles and soft tissue were weakly stained or negative.
