Staining summary
HPA027818 Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear and/or membranous positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Strong staining was for example observed in squamous epithelia, gastrointestinal glands, placental trophoblasts, neurons and cardiomyocytes.
HPA028690 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in the adrenal gland, placental trophoblastic cells and testicular leydig cells. Ciliated cells, e.g. respiratory epithelia and fallopian tube, displayed additional strong membranous staining. Cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were generally negative. Remaining normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity.
HPA055553 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in endocrine cells in stomach and intestine. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
