Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Gastrointestinal glands and exocrine pancreas were strongly stained. Bile ducts, cervical glands, spleen and smooth muscle cells were negative.

Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in respiratory epithelia and stomach. Smooth muscle cells displayed strong membranous positivity. Most of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, renal tubules, gall bladder, exocrine pancreas, ovary, placenta, adipocytes, neuronal cells of cerebral cortex, glandular cells of uterus and cervix were moderately positive. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
