Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Squamous epithelia and lymphoid tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
HPA019769
Most of the normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity which often showed a granular pattern. Additional membranous and nuclear staining was observed in a few cases. Strong staining was for example seen in the intestine, renal tubuli, urothelium, Leydig cells and subtypes of skeletal muscle fibers. Squamous epithelia, islet cells, the CNS and lymphoid tissues were either negative or weakly stained.
