Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several tissues. Nuclear staining was observed in a few cases of for example gall bladder, stomach, rectum and skeletal muscle cells. Bronchus, Purkinje cells, small intestine, Leydig cells and glandular cells of uterus were strongly positive. Endometrial stroma and renal glomeruli were negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining and additonal nuclear positivity in a few cases. Membranous staining was observed in gastrointestinal tract, respiratory epithelia, breast, prostate, exocrine pancreas and endometrial glands. The liver and pneumocytes were negative.
