Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate membranous and/or cytoplasmic staining. Endometrial glands, distal tubules along with subset of cells in gastrointestinal glands and cells in seminiferous ducts were strongly stained. Adrenal gland, liver, lung, Purkinje cells, glial cells, heart and skeletal myocytes were negative.

Subset of cells in stomach, gallbladder and salivary gland ducts showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. A subset of cells in colon, respiratory epithelium of nasopharynx, squamous epithelial cells of oral mucosa, parathyroid and uterine gland showed moderate positivity. A subset of renal tubules showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
