Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Lung, liver, myocytes and most cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in most normal tissues. Respiratory epithelium, upper intestinal tract and seminiferus ducts in testis were strongly stained. Liver, renal glomeruli and glial cells were weakly stained.

Normal tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Lung macrophages, lymphoid cells outside the reaction centra, bone marrow poietic cells and placenta showed strong immunoreactivity. Liver, kidney and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Strong positivity was for example observed in respiratory epithelia, gastrointestinal glands, placental trophoblasts and skeletal myocytes. Liver, pancreatic islets and neuronal cells were generally negative.
