Most normal tissues displayed strong nuclear staining in a small fraction of the cells, in some cases accompanied with faint cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. In squamous epithelia, basal layers of stratum spinosum showed positivity. Lymphoid tissues displayed strong immunoreactivity in all reaction center cells, while only a small fraction of the cells outside reaction centra were positive. In placenta, cytotrophoblasts stained strongly, whereas syncytiotrophoblasts generally were negative. Muscle tissues and cells of liver, pancreas and the central nervous system were faintly stained or negative.

Subsets of normal cells in the gastrointestinal tract, squamous epithelia, fallopian tube and placenta displayed moderate nuclear staining. Strong nuclear positivity was observed in subsets of cells in testis, bone marrow and lymphoid tissue. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
Most normal and malignant tissues showed distinct nuclear positivity in a fraction of cells.
Liver, kidney, cells in CNS, muscle tissue were negative.

Most normal cells showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Liver, pancreas, ovary, cns and myocytes were negative.
