Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Additional membranous positivity was observed in a few tissues e.g. placenta. Fractions of tissues including rectum, renal tubules, prostate displayed strong staining. Cells in the CNS, islets of Langerhans and spleen were weakly stained or negative.
