Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membrane immunoreactivity. Strong staining was observed in gall bladder, lymphoid tissues, glomeruli of kidney and Purkinje cells of cerebellum. Glial cells, prostate, squamous epithelia and hepatocytes were either negative or weakly stained.
