Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous or nuclear positivity in several tissues. Purkinje cells, adipocytes, liver, exocrine pancreas, parathyroid and seminal vesicle were negative.

Macrophages, gastric glandular cells, pancreatic islet cells as well as subsets of glial cells and lymphoid cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Moderate immunoreactivity was observed in respiratory epithelium, fallopian tube, kidney and Langerhans cells in skin. Most remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
