Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in glands of Brunner, in urinary bladder and in stomach. Salivary gland and pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
HPA030411
Distinct membranous staining often combined with weaker cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Strong staining was for example observed in gastric glands, prostate, urothelium and seminiferous ducts. Subsets of cells in cerebral cortex showed distinct nuclear membranous positivity. Lymphoid tissues and smooth muscle cells were generally negative.
HPA030412
Most normal tissues showed distinct membranous staining and/or weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The gastrointestinal tract, prostate, seminiferus duct cells and endometrial glandular cells showed strong membranous immunoreactivity. Alveolar cells, pancreatic islets, renal glomeruli, myocytes, cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
CAB005103
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and often membranous staining.
